- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- lime peel twist, for garnish

Method
- Add the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lime twist.
